Shipping

Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days. There will be several weeks throughout the year that we will be at events and unable to ship out your item until our return, in which case the wait time may take up to 2-3 weeks from when the order is placed.
Out of stock items: If the item(s) you want is out of stock, please feel free to contact us so we can give you an approximate time frame that we can make it for you. This way, you won't be waiting until we put that item back in stock, which may be at the bottom of our priorities.
We 0nly offer domestic shipping here in the US.
Pickup is an available option. You can find our address on the Homepage (By appointment only please).
Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are as follows: For orders under $25, shipping is $7.95. For orders between $25 and $75, shipping is $11.95. For orders $76 and above, shipping is $19.95. You can rest assured that we do our best to ship your items to you as cheaply and efficiently as possible.
  - NOTE: Shipping costs for tents are outside of these groups, are determined by weight, and are included in your total tent price. Contact us for a quote today!

Returns

If, when you receive and set up your new shelter, you find any defect in material or workmanship within 30 days of delivery, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If we are at fault, we will pay freight both directions (Just give us a call).
- Spring Valley Lodges assumes no responsibility for damage due to neglect or an Act of God. We would, however, be happy to aid you in the restoration of your lodge as affordably as possible.
