When you purchase a Spring Valley Lodges shelter, we guarantee that it has been built the best that we can make for you.

If, when you receive and set up your new shelter, you find any defect in material or workmanship within 30 days of delivery, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If we are at fault, we will pay freight both directions (Just give us a call).

Spring Valley Lodges’ policy of continual attention to detail and construction sometimes requires that revisions may be necessary during the process.  Spring Valley Lodges  reserves the right to make these revisions as deemed necessary. Exact dimensions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

All Spring Valley Lodges shelters are guaranteed to the original purchaser. Workmanship carries a lifetime guarantee.

Spring Valley Lodges assumes no responsibility for damage due to neglect or an Act of God. We would, however, be happy to aid you in the restoration of your lodge as affordably as possible.

We also guarantee that our friendly and personal customer service will be the best you receive anywhere. Our name is on our work.
