When we accept your order, we will send you a personalized confirmation letter via email or mail. This letter will state the amount of deposit, size and style of shelter, delivery date and any other information that is important to you and your order. This insures us at Spring Valley Lodges that we understand your needs and can better serve you.
When your shelter is completed and we have finished our final quality check, you will receive a phone call from Spring Valley Lodges informing you that your shelter is ready. This phone call enables us to personally answer any questions you may have concerning your shelter, verify your name and mailing address to make any corrections that might be required. At that time, we will give you the shipping charges right to the penny and make sure that someone will be available to accept the delivery. (You sure wouldn't want the package to be returned if you could not be there for some reason.) You may want to request that we ship to another location or hold your order for a few days due to some personal reasons. We will inform you exactly what day we will ship and provide a tracking number to expect delivery at your location. Spring Valley Lodges normally ships via UPS and C.O.D. unless you request something otherwise. |
